3 conférences intéressantes à Londres durant la semaine du 18 Juin

Categories:

I will attend to those events and describe them in 3 future posts.

  1. 24h of Flickr
    24 hours of Flickr :: 18th of June
    This event celebrates the new book 24 hours of Flickr, made up of the best photos from Flickr users taken during one day (5 May, 2007). This is also to celebrate the global Flickr community and to meet the team. Some money from the book sales will be given to Médecins Sans Frontières.

    I think this event is very interesting because I will be able to meet other London Flickr users who are active on many London Flickr groups. This event takes also place in other big cities such as Paris, Berlin or Montreal.

  2. Science in virtual worlds
    Science in virtual worlds
    :: 19th of June

    This event will take place in the Regent street Apple Store and it is about how science can use the virtual worlds (like Second Life).
    The Royal Institute summary is very attractive and I want to go to this event in order to harvest more knowledge about this subject.
  3. Web 2.0 :: 20th of June
    This event is a general explanation of Web 2.0 social tools with famous speakers as CEO of Wikimedia UK, part of the Wikimedia Foundation.

I hope my first events in London will be useful!
